Service Description

Back pain or discomfort? This quick session before and/or after work can keep your muscles fluid by removing gravitational pressure and allowing spinal fluid to hydrate your discs. Pain and discomfort of the muscles in the torso and neck is eased through regular stretching and movement. This short session also helps with body spatial and postural awareness. Learning techniques in this class and build confidence to practice outside of classes.
