Breathing exercises are provided to assist the client with managing any discomfort during treatment.

Techniques used are specifically to relax the muscles and lower overall tension throughout the body and mind.

FACE MASSAGE & BASIC FACIAL

The face and head are ofthen neglected in treatment of pain, discomfort or relaxation, yet both can hold a great deal of tension leading to symptoms like achy jaw, teeth and headaches.

Face massage can alleviate these symptoms and providede rejuvenation of the face.

The basic facial is a nice little treat using organic products suitable for all skin types, to help maintain skincare in the harsh conditions we live in, at Pilgangoora.

BALANCED BREATHING

Learn various breathing techniques to balance the nervous system to ease stress, improve quality of sleep, and to prepare you for work or exercise.

GUIDED SPINAL STRETCH 

A 15min session pre/post work, to stretch out the entire body with emphasis on the spine and shoulders.  Great for back pain relief and increasing range of stiff shoulders in a short period. This is ground and suspended based, using the Suspended Yoga Rig to invert

SUSPENDED YOGA - 1 ON 1

Private instruction in strengthening, increasing flexibility, balance and inverting for spinal health. Suitable for all fitness levels,  whether you are new to fitness or experienced and wanting to try a new way to challenge yourself.

SUSPENDED YOGA GROUP CLASS

Classes of up to 12 people - Strength, Mobility, Back Bending, Balance and Inversion (spinal health).

A variety of movements while practicing balanced breathing to address the 5 pillars of a healthier physical and mental state.
