Learn breathing techniques to help balance your nervous system. Techniques: Energise - Readying the mind and body for work and exercise. Calm - To balance the stress levels Chill - Unwind and prepare for a good sleep Calm methods can be used anytime and anywhere. Energise and Chill breathing techniques are reserved for times outside of operating machinery or swimming/bathing.
