IN THIS WORKSHOP YOU WILL LEARN: BREATHING TECHNIQUES 1. Four (4) Basic Breathing Techniques. 2. How to optimise O2 and CO2 exchange and balance the nervous system affecting stress response, mood and energy levels 3. The Why and How of Breathing. SUSPENDED YOGA PRACTICE - Hang on your own with confidence 1. Components of your Back Balance Suspended Yoga (BBSY) rig 2. How to set up your BBSY rig 3. Safety Checks 4. Warm up exercises 5. Modification - Take a movement from beginner to advanced level 6. A basic routine to practice on your own. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes, life gets in the way. Please keep in mind when booking that these workshops have limited availability and incur operational costs. If you cannot make it, to avoid forfeiting paid fees, please provide at least 24hrs notice prior, to free your spot for someone else.
